Replacement keys
If you ever lose your keys and need replacements, gather the following information and contact us to place an order. The cost to replace a set of keys is $15 USD/$20 CAD, plus tax and shipping.
- A picture of the key code printed on the external battery lock core, or on the frame lock core for bikes with semi-integrated batteries (Runner 3 Plus, Rover 6 Plus, City 5 Plus).

- If you do not have a picture of the lock code, provide the original order # for the ebike.
- Your name and current mailing address (no P.O. boxes).
- Your email address.
