How to request a return

We hope you love your products as much as we do, but if it turns out that you need to submit a request to return an item that didn't fit your needs, please follow the steps below.

  1. Read the Terms of Purchase below to learn about which products are eligible for return.
  2. Returning an Ebike. Unopened ebikes can be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a $149 return shipping fee (per bike), and opened ebikes with less than 20 miles of usage can be returned for a $149 shipping fee (per bike) plus a 30% restocking fee (per bike). To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must submit a return request to Rad Power Bikes as follows:
    1. Take the following photos to share with our Customer Support team:
      • The bike from both sides (if it has been removed from its packaging)
      • The mileage on the display (if your bike has an odometer, and has been assembled and ridden)
      • The box condition (be sure to document any box damage that already exists)
      • A closeup of the bike ID label found on either end of the box (make, model, frame number)
    2. Initiate a return request by sending an email to to our Customer Support team at support@radpowerbikes.com. Include the following information in your email:
      • Include the word 'RETURN' in the Subject line.
      • Your Email Address, Name and Location.
      • Your Order # and a reason for the return.
      • Attach the photos taken in the previous step.
    3. A Customer Support team member will contact you to address your return request.
  3. Returning an Accessory. Accessories can be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a $10 return shipping fee (per accessory) plus a 30% restocking fee (per accessory). Larger accessories may require a higher return shipping fee (e.g. Hollywood racks). Initiate your return here:
