We're always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS:
- Hawaii & Alaska: We now offer paid shipping to select zip codes in Hawaii or Alaska. See the Shipping Costs section below. Your address will be checked at checkout. A comprehensive list of zip codes that are currently outside our delivery area can be found here.

We are currently not able to ship to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and several other postal codes in other provinces. A comprehensive list of zip codes that are offered paid shipping can be found here. Model versions can only be shipped within their respective countries.
- For example, US ebike models can only be shipped within the US, and cannot be shipped to Canada or Europe.

Contiguous US shipping costs:

Shipping for bikes is free in the contiguous US, including accessories and parts purchased in a bike order, except the Hollywood Racks vehicle rack.

Hollywood Racks vehicle racks have an additional $30 oversized shipping fee per rack.

Accessories and non-warranty parts purchased separately from a bike are charged a shipping fee of $10 for orders under $150. Accessory & part orders over $150 ship for free, except for the oversized shipping charge for vehicle racks.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs: Select zip codes in these two states require additional shipping charges.

Bike orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged $149 per bike. Accessories and parts ordered with a bike will ship for free except for Hollywood Racks vehicle racks and batteries.

Hollywood Racks vehicle racks have an oversized shipping fee of $30 per rack.

Batteries incur a special handling fee of $49 per battery.

Shipping on bikes is free in most regions in Canada, including accessories and parts purchased in a bike order, except the Hollywood Racks vehicle rack.

Canada shipping exceptions:

Select postal codes in Canada that are out of service range for standard shipping will be charged a $79 CAD shipping fee per bike. Accessories and parts included on a bike order will be covered by the $79 CAD fee, except for Hollywood Racks vehicle racks.

Accessories and non-warranty parts purchased separately from a bike are charged $39 CAD for orders under $150 CAD. Accessory orders over $150 CAD ship for free, except for Hollywood Racks vehicle racks.

In the US in-stock items (*except batteries) typically ship within two business days after an order is placed, and in Canada in-stock items will typically ship within four business days, unless otherwise noted on the product's page. Check out the item's product page for the most up-to-date shipping information.
Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. Once your order is sorted and scanned through the first FedEx station, your tracking information will be populated with a delivery date estimate.
* Lithium-ion batteries take longer to ship because they must go through a regulatory certification and approval process. For details, see Why does shipping a battery take so long.
Our bikes are carefully packaged with ease-of-transport and protection in mind. Shipping is offered through FedEx Ground for ebikes, and we may use UPS for accessories. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package.
If your bike was shipped by FedEx and you have received a tracking number via email, you can arrange any special requests or delivery instructions after FedEx has completed their initial scan (dependent on FedEx timeline) by contacting FedEx or using the FedEx Delivery Manager tool. If FedEx has not completed their initial scan and you contact them, they may not acknowledge the package has shipped yet (even though it has). Please note that FedEx will make their best effort to honor your request, but they do not guarantee special delivery requests.
Some US orders will be shipped by Seko. These orders require that current contact information (email and phone number) be provided at the time the order is placed in order for Seko to contact the customer to set up a delivery time. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be returned to sender.
When your bike ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Click the link below that matches the shipping company listed in your tracking number email.

As a consumer-direct company, our goal is to make the shipping process of your order as smooth as possible. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Proof of Delivery
A signature is no longer required for ebike delivery, but you can obtain proof of delivery details from FedEx by clicking on the 'Obtain proof of delivery' link on the FedEx tracking page. If the proof of delivery information is not accurate, contact us and we can provide additional help tracking with FedEx.
Alternate Address for Delivery
You're welcome to have your ebike shipped to a different address, where someone can receive the package for you if you are unable to accept the delivery. Make sure the alternate address is correct before placing your order, as once the order is placed we cannot modify or cancel it.
Potential Scanning Delays
As soon as your order is fulfilled from our warehouse, the shipping label is created and a shipping confirmation email is sent to you. Please note that the FedEx website will display an automatically-generated delivery date that may not be accurate until the package is scanned into the first FedEx station. This estimated delivery date is likely to shift, and we recommend that you sign up for email and/or text notifications for your package on their website.
After your order is fulfilled by our Warehouse team, a FedEx trailer will be loaded up with the package and will depart our facility. You can expect the “Travel History” on the FedEx website to not show any information while your package is directed to the first FedEx station. As soon as your package is sorted and scanned through the first FedEx station, the travel history will be populated with a delivery date estimate.
Hold Options
We're unable to hold items for future shipments or to guarantee a specific delivery date or window. However, if you will be away from home when the ebike is estimated for delivery, here are a couple options:
- Hold at Location: Within the “Manage Delivery” option of your FedEx tracking number, you may have the option to “Hold at location.” This option will allow you to leave your item(s) at the nearest FedEx Ground or partnering location for pickup. Keep in mind that a bike package is rather large so make sure to have a vehicle large enough to carry it home! Certain locations are not able to accommodate this request due to the size and weight of the ebike package, so make sure to call your local FedEx Ground location prior to selecting this option.
- Vacation Hold: If you are already out of town when the bike is shipped to your home address, it is best to contact FedEx and arrange for a "vacation hold" on the package. This is when FedEx holds the packages at the closest FedEx facility, for up to 14 days, so that you can pick them up once you return from your trip. Once your ebike has shipped, you can call FedEx at 800-463-3339 and provide the tracking number for the package to make this happen. Alternatively, you can visit FedEx's website, and then click "Manage Delivery" under your name/address on the tracking number page. Please note that this option is not available in every city, and the maximum hold time is up to 14 days.
